At 1:13pm Monday 1/19/2026, we spotted two wolves eating something in the ditch along the north side of Hwy 61 just southeast of Solbakken Resort and just northwest of Hansen Hardware. They immediately retreated into the trees when we turned around to take photos. Only can see one in the photos. They were both initially out in the open by the kill sight of what looked like a rabbit. One was a light gray/blonde and the other darker. Beautiful!
